🎯 Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain responsive WordPress websites
• Convert Figma/Adobe XD/Sketch designs into pixel-perfect websites
• Customize themes using page builders 
• Develop custom plugins and functionalities as needed
• Optimize websites for performance, SEO, and mobile responsiveness
• Troubleshoot bugs, maintain site health, and ensure security best practices
• Collaborate with designers, content writers, and project managers
• Implement tracking codes, lead forms, and conversion elements

🛠️ Requirements

• Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP
• Experience with Elementor, Bricks Builder, or Gutenberg
• Knowledge of performance optimization (caching, CDN, lazy loading, etc.)
• Familiarity with SEO plugins and analytics tools
• Understanding of responsive and accessible design practices
• Basic understanding of Git, version control, and staging environments
• WooCommerce setup & customization
• Experience with ACF or Meta Box
• Familiarity with CRO tools 
• Knowledge of headless WordPress or JAMstack
• Experience with security and backup automation
